Star's Blue Nylon is a hard nylon. They are usually used as a polish/buff after a coarser brush is used. This brush is part of STAR's very pleasant roto brushing system. Wax fast with a STAR roto set up by buying a 140 mm handle to use two 70mm roto brushes on it at the same time!
